• Please note that orders made on "Realfabric" will not be returned or refunded if they are not defective.
• In case of defective product, return, refund and rework period is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• In case of product defect, all costs of return, refund and rework are covered by realfabric.
• Due to the convenience of the delivery company after shipping, the delivery may be delayed 2 ~ 3 days.
• Delivery may be delayed depending on the presence of defective fabrics.
• If you order more, delivery may be delayed.

Precautions when ordering

• When washing, please make plenty of water and dry enough after marching.
• Do not wash with clothes that are susceptible to sunburn because of shrinkage and discoloration during washing.
• Cotton fabrication process may cause deflection (shrinkage) or shrinkage within 3 ~ 5%.
• Depending on monitor specifications, lighting and fabrics' differences, colors may differ from actual fabrics.
• Due to the nature of the production process, even the same file (design) and fabric may cause color differences in every operation.
• The fabrics used for fabrication are not white pure fabrics treated with fluorescence but are slightly off-white.

Reason for not returning or exchanging

• Request for rework and refund by simple remorse
• Products cut and laundered
• 7 days after receipt
• Cancel and change request after printing
• If you do not observe or observe the contents of the notice when ordering
• If the contents do not fall within the definition of product defects

Definition of product defects

• Tearing and contamination of fabrics
• 3 mm or more impurities
• More than 5 spots per yard of 1mm or more spot (excluding linen)
• 3 to 5% of warpage (warp) or shrinkage
