Lily of the valley is a typical flower that heralds the arrival of spring.
It grows wild in Europe, East Asia, and North Asia, and in England and France it is called the May lily, as it is said that giving a lily of the valley as a gift on May 1st will bring happiness to the recipient.
Lily of the valley, native to Europe, is large and sturdy in both plant size and flowers, the leaves and flowers bloom at the same height, it has a strong fragrance, and is sold as potted flowers and potted seedlings.
On the other hand, lily of the valley, which is native to Japan, blooms quietly, hidden among the leaves, and is mainly treated as a wild flower.
I created this pattern inspired by the quietly blooming, unassuming lily of the valley, a flower native to Japan. I hope that I can convey the cuteness of the lily of the valley.
