I'm trying to check on the status of my order, which I placed Nov 1.  I have a receipt from PayPal for my payment to RealFabric on the same day, Nov 1.  Today is Nov 9 - I still haven't received any order update, no email with an order number, nothing. Could I get some type of communication on this matter?  Thanks.
